There is virtually no particular weight limit for Studio Grade X-Poles. For safety of our members and guests, each pole has been permanently mounted into the ceilings and floors. No need to feel nervous about the poles holding your weight. We regularly check the poles to make sure they are stable and ready to take a beating!
