Bree is our yoga instructor who started with us in November of 2022, but has been teaching locally for many years now! She brings comforting vibes to the studio to help welcome serenity for each class. Bree has a passion for sound bath meditation which she incorporates in almost every class.
Karrie is a wife and has 3 kids. She started cardio drumming just over 3 years ago to release stress from mom life and get a workout in. Karrie fell in love with this workout & has continued to build her business to share with those located in Southern Utah! She is one of two instructors that teaches drumming. You won’t regret taking her class.
Jenn is a mother to 4 beautiful and wild children. She and her husband have 3 boys and 1 girl. She found cardio drumming after her 3rd was born and her post-partum depression was in full swing! Her neighbor dragged her out of her house and took her to class and she’s been hooked since. Five years later and she still looks forward to each class. She loves being able to take her frustrations out on the ball and coming out of class feeling refreshed and ready to take on the next day. She is so grateful for the growth Babe with Drums has given her and the opportunity to bring a safe, judgement free space and opportunity for everyone who needs it.
