Our team of Instructors whom are skilled athletes and pole enthusiasts work together to bring the students at Studio Invert the best experience possible. Dedicated to learning and teaching the art of pole, they are actively growing the pole community in Southern Utah. Our instructors can’t wait to build something worth spreading.
Kiesha is co-owner of the studio and has been doing pole for seven years – she is goofy, versatile, and playful! She is easy to be around and will help you understand how to get into that tricky move without making you feel incapable.
Alyssa is co-owner of the studio – she is easy-going, fun, and will give it to you straight! Alyssa does our back-end work to keep the business up and running! She doesn’t currently have weekly classes, but can teach any student that wants to book a private lesson with her. She started learning pole at just fourteen, but has collectively for about seven years now.
Mishel is co-owner of the studio – she is extremely creative, friendly, and has a love for all things aerial. Mishel can turn any trick into a beautiful work of art. Her style is very much sport-oriented and loves teaching tricks! She has been learning pole since 2004, and a majority of that time was self-taught.
Adrian is our pole ballerina – she has been doing pole for seven years and is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet! She is the spin queen and loves adding spins to her choreographies.
Carly is our newest pole instructor – she began pole two and a half years ago, but self-taught for one and a half. Stylish Carly is always bringing infectious energy to the studio. She always has a smile on her face and you’ll love her welcoming personality!
Bree is our yoga instructor who started with us in November of 2022, but has been teaching locally for many years now! She brings comforting vibes to the studio to help welcome serenity for each class. Bree has a passion for sound bath meditation which she incorporates in almost every class.
Karrie is a wife and has 3 kids. She started cardio drumming just over 3 years ago to release stress from mom life and get a workout in. Karrie fell in love with this workout & has continued to build her business to share with those located in Southern Utah! She is one of two instructors that teaches drumming. You won’t regret taking her class.
Jenn is a mother to 4 beautiful and wild children. She and her husband have 3 boys and 1 girl. She found cardio drumming after her 3rd was born and her post-partum depression was in full swing! Her neighbor dragged her out of her house and took her to class and she’s been hooked since. Five years later and she still looks forward to each class. She loves being able to take her frustrations out on the ball and coming out of class feeling refreshed and ready to take on the next day. She is so grateful for the growth Babe with Drums has given her and the opportunity to bring a safe, judgement free space and opportunity for everyone who needs it.
