Any person participating in any Studio Invert activity must sign a liability waiver before starting class.
Please remove all jewelry before entering class.
Studio Invert is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, please leave your valuables locked in your car, or at home.
Drugs & Alcohol:
Alcohol and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited on studio property. Students or any other persons in possession of illegal drugs or alcohol on the site will be asked to leave the premises and no refund will be given.
Dress Code:
Please wear proper workout attire to class such as shorts, sports bras, and tank tops. No see through material is allowed or using undergarments as workout clothes. Dress code will be enforced by Studio Invert, LLC, its members and independent contractors. Anyone refusing to comply with the posted dress code will be asked to leave and refused business.
Filming & Photo Consent:
You may only photograph or film yourself during class. Please be mindful of others’ privacy. Recording other students or the entire class without permission is prohibited.
Cancellation:
Single Classes – Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 12 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee and no refund will be given (applies to any free class). No-shows are non-refundable and a 50% fee will be charged. Prepaid class credits will be returned only if the reservation is canceled at least 12 hours in advance. If you experience an emergency, please contact Studio Invert—we’re happy to work with you whenever possible.
Private Lessons – Private lessons are 100% refundable when canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 12 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. No-shows will incur a $10 no-show fee and no refund will be given. If you experience an emergency, please contact Studio Invert—we’re happy to work with you whenever possible.
Private Parties – Private parties must be booked and paid in advance to reserve your desired date and time. Private parties have a base price of $200, with the final price based on the participant count. The person booking the private party is responsible for the full party balance. Studio Invert reserves the right to charge the card on file for any remaining unpaid balance, including unpaid participant spots. Each participant must be registered with Studio Invert and complete the required liability waiver before participating. Due to the nature of our activities, we are required to have each participant’s information on file. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for check-in. Your scheduled party time is reserved for instruction. Any time needed to register participants, collect required information, or complete liability waivers at the studio will be deducted from your scheduled party time. Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 12 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged a $20 late fee. Parties arriving 20–30 minutes after the scheduled start time may have their session canceled and will be charged a $20 no-show fee and no refund will be given. If you experience an emergency or unexpected circumstance, please contact Studio Invert as soon as possible—we’re happy to work with you whenever possible.
Retail & Merchandise:
All product and merchandise sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Exchanges may be made for unused merchandise that is returned in its original condition. Used or opened products are not eligible for return or exchange.
