Accelerate your pole gains with lifts and holds specific to pole fitness, using the ground to assist as much or as little as needed to challenge you on your level. Then stretch it all out safely using resistance & active flexibility to maintain or improve range of motion. These exercises concentrate on strengthening the entire body by using pole fundamentals to build confidence, muscle memory, and prep for pole tricks. Elongate your lines, increase your range of movement, and build strength so you can nail some of those bendy pole moves like the Allegra, Jade, and Eagle. The Strength & Stretch class begins with working some essential pole muscles, then moves into stretching the whole body using active flexibility.
