Increased strength- Although pole dancing is a full body workout in particular you’ll work your upper body, core, and thighs. Pole involves repeatedly lifting your own body weight for extended periods of time. This may sound impossible if you’ve never tried it but with some consistency in classes you will gain strength incredibly fast.
Increased flexibility- being flexible helps make you healthier in many ways, it reduces your risk of muscle injury and minimizes soreness. Increased flexibility allows for easier movements and more efficient use of your body!
