Wear comfortable fitness attire such as shorts, leggings, sports bras, and tank tops. Please make sure you are following Studio dress code and wear appropriate attire. (No lingerie or thong style bottoms)
Bring your own grip aids. If you’re new the studio will provide some grip aid options for you. (dry hands, itac, etc)
This is a fitness class so bring water and a towel to wipe off sweat.
**Keep in mind we grip with our skin! Wear fitted shorts that allow lots of thigh exposure for pole sits and other leg grips. Be prepared for side of torso exposure by tucking shirt up into sports bra or removing.
