Welcome to our beginner and intermediate pole fitness tricks class! In this class, you’ll learn a series of moves that will build your strength, coordination, and flexibility while having fun.
This is a beginner tricks pole fitness class with a mix of intermediate students. Our instructors teaching this class have the knowledge needed for students to learn how to advanced safely to different levels. You’ll learn basic conditioning to gain strength & flexibility along with turning those basic conditioning moves into more intermediate tricks to advance to higher levels. You’ll prep for inversions, climbs, aerial holds, spins and reduce the burn for sits and leg hangs.
Here’s a few basic beginner spins you’ll learn: Fireman Spin, Back Hook Spin, and Chair Spin. And now some intermediate moves: Gemini, Cross Ankle Release, and Extended Butterfly. Remember to always warm up properly before attempting any pole fitness tricks, and to cool down and stretch after your workout. Don’t be discouraged if you don’t get a move on the first try – practice makes perfect! Keep working on each move until you feel confident and comfortable with it, and always prioritize safety.
Please wear comfortable workout clothes that allow for ease of movement, and apply grip aid to your hands and body to help you stick to the pole.
