This 60 minute class will be a mix of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. This class is open to all! No experience is needed, every body is welcome! Finding strength by linking movement with breath, connecting to your body, and releasing tension by deeply diving inward. Always encouraging intuitive movement and listening to your body. Great way to release any tension or negativity, physically or mentally, and recieve some self love. Beginning and ending with a guided meditation.
