Acceptance of Terms
By booking a class, purchasing a membership, attending an event, renting equipment, or purchasing merchandise from Studio Invert, you agree to these Terms & Conditions as well as our Liability Waiver and Privacy Policy.
Class Bookings
- All classes must be booked through our online booking system/app.
- Space is limited and reservations are first come, first served.
- Students are responsible for booking the appropriate class level.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time.
- Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a 50% fee.
- No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable and may result in forfeiture of the class.
- These policies apply to memberships, class packs, private classes, and drop-in classes.
Memberships
- Memberships are billed automatically according to the selected plan.
- Membership terms, freezes, and cancellations are governed by your membership agreement.
- Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Class Packages
- Class packages expire according to the terms shown at purchase.
- Unused classes are non-refundable.
- Packages may not be shared unless otherwise stated.
Retail Purchases
- Retail products such as apparel, and merchandise may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition.
- Opened food/drink, grip aids and personal-use products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Defective merchandise will be exchanged or refunded at Studio Invert’s discretion.
Yoga Mat Rentals
- Yoga mats are available to rent for $5 per use.
- Active members receive complimentary yoga mat rentals.
- Students are responsible for sanitizing rental mats after each use.
Studio Rules
For the safety of all students:
- No lotions, oils, jewelry, or rings while using the poles.
- Appropriate athletic attire is required.
- Grip aids approved for studio equipment may be used.
- Alcohol and illegal drug use are prohibited.
- Respect instructors, staff, equipment, and fellow students.
Photography & Video
- You may photograph or record yourself during class.
- Recording other students without permission is prohibited.
- Filming an entire class or instructor without permission is not permitted.
Children
Children are not permitted in class unless prior approval has been granted by Studio Invert. If approved, they must remain seated in the designated area and may not interfere with instruction.
Equipment Care
Students are expected to:
- Wipe down all equipment after use.
- Return shared equipment to its designated location.
- Report damaged equipment immediately.
Private Parties & Late Arrival
Private parties and private lessons must be paid in full at the time of booking to reserve your date and time.
Cancellations made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled start time are eligible for a 50% refund.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for all participants to check in and complete any required liability waivers.
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged a $20 late fee. If your party arrives 20–30 minutes after the scheduled start time, the session may be canceled and a $20 no-show fee will be charged. Studio Invert reserves the right to shorten or cancel the session if a late arrival would interfere with other scheduled classes or events.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
Changes to Schedule
Studio Invert reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, substitute instructors, or modify class offerings without notice.
Right to Refuse Service
Studio Invert reserves the right to deny participation or remove anyone whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or violates studio policies.
Limitation of Liability
Participation is subject to the terms of the separate Studio Invert Liability Waiver, which all participants must sign before attending classes.
