Low Pole is a dance class that focuses on the beautiful and intricate dance style around the pole and on the floor. You’ll learn body awareness and how to make your movements fluid. Not only is this class a wonderful full body workout, but a great way to finesse your dance style without having to learn crazy “up the pole” tricks. This is considered a heels style class, but heels are absolutely not required, (I recommend socks if you prefer not to wear heels). You will learn some moves that require you to be kneeling, therefore knee pads are recommended (volleyball knee pads work great), or at least leggings.
